Meet the Leadership Team

Scott Disney

Owner | President

Scott is a licensed General Contractor and Colorado native with deep, multi-generational roots in the construction industry.

As Principal and Founder, he provides executive oversight across all facets of the construction company, establishing the vision, operational standards, and strategic direction that guide the organization.

He oversees pre-construction planning, project execution, financial performance, and long-term growth initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams, partners, and company objectives. His leadership is grounded in quality, accountability, and transparent communication, creating consistency across residential and commercial projects.

As President of Sandstone Homes, the sister company to Sandstone Construction, Scott leads integrated efforts across real estate development and construction operations.

He is a graduate of Colorado State University and has professional experience with institutions such as Goldman Sachs, bringing a disciplined, business-driven perspective to construction and development.

Hunter Smith

VP of Operations | Partner

Hunter is a licensed General Contractor and Colorado native responsible for overseeing all construction operations across residential and commercial projects.

As Vice President of Operations, he leads company-wide planning, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting strict quality and performance standards.

He provides strategic oversight throughout the full project lifecycle, working closely with project teams, trade partners, and clients to maintain consistency, transparency, and efficiency across all builds.

Angel Gonzalez

Company Administrator

Insightful and intuitive, Angel is responsive to clients’ needs while delivering effective solutions. He views himself as an integrated partner of Sandstone on every project and works to build a rapport with every client.

Angel has provided accounting services for real estate funds, including one of the biggest developers in NYC. He graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas, and has worked for prestigious institutions, including Baker Tilly.

Angel is also a licensed real estate agent who is responsible for the purchasing and selling of fix-and-flips and buy-and-hold residential and commercial properties. Angel is also the real estate agent of Sandstone Homes, the sister real estate company to Sandstone Construction.

Peter Mazeika

Strategic Partner | Owner at Weststone, LLC

Peter has a strong background in construction, business development, finance, and real estate. He has worked with top firms like Deloitte & Touché and Goldman Sachs, bringing extensive experience in financial analysis and strategic planning. With an MS in Accounting and Information Management from The University of Texas at Dallas, Peter is also a certified public accountant.

At Weststone, Peter focuses on business development, client management, and investments. He is also a strategic partner for Sandstone Construction, contributing his expertise to help drive success across multiple sectors.
